Paolo Macedonio is an Italian actor and voice actor born on July 6, 1973. His career began in the mid-1990s with a debut in theater, followed by roles in various Italian television series and films. He has appeared in productions such as "La piovra 8," "Don Matteo," and "Provaci ancora prof!". His film work includes a role in "2061 - Un anno eccezionale".

Alongside his on-screen performances, Macedonio has built a substantial career in dubbing, providing the Italian voices for characters in numerous animated films and series. A notable recent role is voicing the title character Spank in the film adaptation "Hello! Spank," a new dubbing for the character originally voiced by Liù Bosisio. His other voice work in animation includes Shellington in "Octonauts - Gli esploratori del mare," Markowski in "Ralph Spaccatutto" (Wreck-It Ralph), the Nonno di Meena in "Sing," Spelaccio in "Pets - Vita da animali" (The Secret Life of Pets), Gustavo in "Coco," and Signor Tod in "Peter Rabbit". He also provided a voice in the series "Onimusha" and is the voice of Phuddle in the fourth season of "Mia and Me".
