Yuria Nara is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on December 21, 1999, in Osaka, Japan. She began her career in the entertainment industry at a very young age, starting as a baby model in the year 2000.

Nara is best known for her debut role as the voice of the titular character, Ponyo, in the acclaimed 2008 Studio Ghibli animated film Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea, directed by Hayao Miyazaki. At the time of her casting, she was eight years old, and this performance marked her entry into voice acting. The film was a major international success, bringing significant attention to her work.

In the same year as her film debut, she also began a brief music career, contributing the song "Hajimete no Chuu" to the album Ota: Sing and Smile with Kids-.
