Josu Cubero is a Spanish voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing, primarily associated with dubbing studios in Bilbao. He began his career at the former DOMusic TV and has continued his voice work with FX Media in Bilbao, where he is frequently cast in roles for young characters, including children and adolescents.

Cubero's first prominent leading role in anime was as Fuyuki Hinata in the long-running series Keroro Gunsō. This part is considered one of the most recognized performances of his career. He also provided the voice for the character Taro in the film Vexille - 2077 Isolation of Japan and for Noboru in the Studio Ghibli film My Neighbors the Yamadas.

A significant part of Cubero's career involves a recurring role within the Doraemon franchise. He is the Spanish voice of El Matadora, a member of the heroic team The Doraemons. He has voiced this character in multiple animated specials, including The Doraemons: The Great Operation of Springing Insects, The Doraemons: The Mysterious Thief Dorapan The Mysterious Cartel, The Doraemons: Doki Doki Wildcat Engine, and The Doraemons: Strange, Sweets, Strange?.
