Joanne Vannicola is a Canadian actor with a career spanning several decades, during which they have provided voices for numerous animated series and anime adaptations. Born in Montreal, Quebec, in 1968, Vannicola began their career as a child actor, appearing in the Canadian version of Sesame Street at the age of eight. They later moved to Toronto to pursue their career more fully.

While Vannicola has an extensive list of live-action credits, they are also well-recognized for their voice work in animation. In the realm of anime dubs, they are known for voicing the character Marucho Marukura in the English adaptations of the Bakugan franchise. This role spanned multiple series, including Bakugan Battle Brawlers, Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders, and Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge. Their other anime voice roles include Koji Karakuchi in the English dub of Medabots and various characters in the Beyblade series.

Beyond anime, Vannicola has built a substantial career voicing characters in a wide variety of animated television series. They were the voice of Willy Zilla in My Dad the Rock Star, One in Seven Little Monsters, Claude in Timothy Goes to School, Toot in Toot & Puddle, Huckle in Busytown Mysteries, Biggs in The Adventures of Chuck & Friends, Woofster in Super Why!, and Jake Wendell in Crash Canyon, among many others.
