Marco Moreira is a Brazilian voice actor known for his work in dubbing foreign-language content into Portuguese. His career in dubbing began in 1996, and he has also worked as a voice director at the Rio de Janeiro-based studio Cinevídeo. While his voice can be heard across various genres, he has contributed to the Portuguese-language versions of numerous animated series and films.

In the realm of anime, Moreira has voiced a variety of characters. Notably, he provided the voice for Noir's father in the 2021 series The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter.
