Marco Moreira is a Brazilian voice actor known for his work in dubbing foreign-language content into Portuguese. His career in dubbing began in 1996, and he has also worked as a voice director at the Rio de Janeiro-based studio Cinevídeo. While his voice can be heard across various genres, he has contributed to the Portuguese-language versions of numerous animated series and films.

In the realm of anime, Moreira has voiced a variety of characters. Notably, he provided the voice for Noir's father in the 2021 series The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter. He also voiced the character Fred in the Halo Legends anthology. His other anime credits include roles in long-running and popular series such as Midvalley in Trigun, Gannon in The Seven Deadly Sins, Hamon Caseus in Black Clover, and a character in Jujutsu Kaisen. More recently, his work includes a role in the 2022 anime Chainsaw Man and the voice of the Dean in the 2023 series KonoSuba: An Explosion on this Wonderful World!.

Beyond anime, Moreira's dubbing career is extensive. He is widely recognized for voicing the character Seu Madruga in both the live-action series El Chavo del Ocho and its animated spin-off, El Chavo Animado, for new dubs produced in Brazil.
