Shino Kakinuma is a Japanese voice actress born on October 27, 1965, in Setagaya, Tokyo. She began her career in 1980 and is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Her voice can be heard across a wide range of anime television series, original video animations, and video games from the 1980s to the present day.

Kakinuma is perhaps best known for her long-running role as Naru Osaka, the best friend of the protagonist, in the iconic magical girl series Sailor Moon. She voiced the character throughout the original anime series, including its sequels Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, and Sailor Moon SuperS, as well as the film Sailor Moon SuperS Plus - Ami's First Love. She later returned to the franchise to voice Keiko Tomoe in Sailor Moon Crystal.

Another of her prominent roles is in the Dragon Ball franchise. Kakinuma voiced the character Videl in Dragon Ball Kai, stepping in while the original voice actress, Yuko Minaguchi, was on hiatus. She also voiced Videl in several specials and the character Pan in Dragon Ball Kai. Her other significant television roles include Suzuko in the 1980s remake of Mahô tsukai Sally, Jill in Lady Lady!!, Shinsuke Koga in Fight! Kickers, and Rie Kakinoki in the surreal horror series Kemonozume.

In addition to her television work, Kakinuma has an extensive filmography in original video animations. She voiced the character Kazumi in the OVA End of the World and Natsumi in the OVA Pops, the two roles specifically mentioned by the user. Her other OVA credits include Yoko in Down Load - Namiamidabutsu wa Ai no Uta, Setsuko in Karura Mau, and roles in long-running series like Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Her work also extends to video games, such as voicing Momiji in Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z and Theresa in multiple entries of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky series.

Kakinuma is married to fellow voice actor Toshio Furukawa, known for his roles as Piccolo in Dragon Ball and Ataru Moroboshi in Urusei Yatsura. Her hobbies include driving, fishing, observing aquatic animals, and traveling abroad.
