Kenneth Robert Marlo is an American actor and voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series, primarily during the 2000s. He began his career in anime voice-over with his first dub work on the fantasy title Madara. His birth name is Kenneth Miller, and he was born on September 26, 1975, in Belleville, New Jersey.

Marlo is best recognized for two prominent anime roles. He provided the voice for Makoto Kosaka in the Media Blasters English adaptation of the anime series Genshiken, a role he reprised for its sequel, Genshiken 2, as well as the Genshiken original video animation. He also voiced the character Ryuichi Sakuma, the lead singer of the fictional band Nittle Grasper, in the series Gravitation and its OVA continuation, Gravitation: Lyrics of Love.

Beyond these signature roles, Marlo's voice work includes appearances in several other series produced during the same era. He was featured in the English casts of Comic Party and Kujibiki Unbalance. His filmography also lists an early voice role in the 1991 OVA Madara and a part in the English version of Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny. His work frequently placed him alongside other voice actors common to Media Blasters productions of the time, such as Rome Elliot, Bill Rogers, and Rachael Lillis.

In addition to his voice acting, Kenneth Robert Marlo is the founder and host of a film and television podcast titled FLIC(K), which stands for Feature Length Idiotic Commentary. Outside of his entertainment industry pursuits, he has also worked as a manager for the New Amsterdam Theatre in New York City.
