Rachelle Heger is a Los Angeles-based voice actress known for her work in anime dubbing, animated series, and video games. Originally from Massachusetts, she relocated to the West Coast to pursue a career in voiceover.

She is perhaps most widely recognized for her role as the voice of the quirky and potion-obsessed Sucy Manbavaran in the English adaptation of the Little Witch Academia franchise, including the film Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade. Her other prominent anime roles include Yuka Sasaki in the supernatural suspense series Talentless Nana and the priestess Miana in the Godzilla anime film trilogy, appearing in both Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle and Godzilla: The Planet Eater. Heger also voices the dragon girl Laika in the English adaptation of the I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level franchise, having narrated multiple volumes of its audiobook series.

Beyond these roles, Heger's voice can be heard in a variety of other projects. Her credits include providing additional voices for major series such as Persona 5, Persona 4: The Animation, and Kill la Kill. She has also lent her talents to animated series like Lego Friends and Disney Palace Pets.

In addition to her voice acting work, Heger is a singer and a member of the YouTube group re:TYE, which performs English-language covers of anime songs. She has also been a guest at anime conventions, including Liberty City Anime Con and Con Alt Delete.
