Julián Rebolledo is an American actor and voice actor known for his extensive work in animation, video games, and commercials. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1972 and is of Colombian descent, making him a fluent Spanish speaker. He pursued formal training in the performing arts at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and trained as an operatic tenor at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City.

Rebolledo's career in voice acting began in the mid-1990s after he relocated to New York City. His breakthrough role came when he was cast as the voice of the neurotic father, Jake Morgendorffer, on the critically acclaimed MTV animated series Daria, a role he played for five seasons from 1997 to 2002. This part established him as a prominent figure in animation. He has also appeared in live-action roles, including a guest spot on the television series Law & Order.

In the realm of anime, Rebolledo is widely recognized for voicing the character Paul in the English dub of the Pokémon anime. He first took on the role of the intense and competitive rival to Ash Ketchum in the Pokémon Diamond & Pearl series, beginning in 2007. He later reprised the role of Paul for an appearance in Pokémon Journeys: The Series in 2019. His other anime and animation voice roles include Don in the Cartoon Network series Regular Show and various characters in Nick Jr. programs such as Go, Diego, Go! and Dora the Explorer.

Beyond performance, Rebolledo has made significant contributions to the industry as a voice director and producer. He co-founded the audio post-production facility Shut Up and Talk in 2001 and later co-founded Hyperbolic Audio in 2009, a studio that serves the advertising, film, and television industries. He has worked extensively as a voice director, beginning in 2014 with projects for Nickelodeon including Dora and Friends: Into the City! and Santiago of the Seas. His video game voice work is also notable, with roles including Raul Passos in Max Payne 3 and more recently Miguel Silver in Zenless Zone Zero.
