Hernán Chiozza is an Argentine actor and voice actor born in Buenos Aires on May 31, 1966. He studied to become a national broadcaster, graduating in 1988 from the Instituto de Comunicaciones Salesianas, and also studied theater under director Agustín Alezzo. His career in dubbing began in 1989, providing voices for films and documentaries in neutral Spanish for various Latin American channels.

Chiozza has built an extensive career in voice work, which includes a significant body of work in anime dubbing for the Argentine market. He is known for providing the voice of Glicko in the movie Enchanted Journey. He also voiced the character Cucchi in the Argentine dub of the anime series YAT Anshin! Uchū Ryokō. Another notable anime role includes the character of the Toad in the Argentine dub of the Studio Ghibli film Spirited Away.

Beyond these specific titles, his work in animation extends to other projects, such as voicing the character Egolia in the Argentine animated films Patoruzito and its sequel. His extensive dubbing portfolio includes being the Spanish voice for high-profile characters like Jim Carrey's Stanley Ipkiss in The Mask and Kermit the Frog in The Muppet Show.
