Michael Alston Baley is the name used by the American voice actor David Brimmer for a number of his credits in anime dubbing and animation. He has built a substantial career in the industry, contributing his voice to a wide array of English-language adaptations of Japanese anime series and other animated projects.

Brimmer's voice work, often credited under the Baley alias, includes a variety of significant roles in prominent series. He is known for voicing Lieutenant Makoto Yamamoto in the classic space opera comedy The Irresponsible Captain Tylor. In the 2006 anime project Freedom, he provided the voice for the character Bluearth.
