Oliver Wyman is an American voice actor and narrator, born on July 20, 1966. He is also known professionally by the alias Pete Zarustica. His career in voice acting for English adaptations of anime began in the early 1990s, with one of his earliest roles being the voice of Silvermask in the 1991 Central Park Media dub of The Heroic Legend of Arslan.

Wyman is perhaps best known for his role as Manta Oyamada in the anime series Shaman King. In the 2001 English adaptation, the character was renamed Morty, a role Wyman originated. He later reprised the part for the 2021 reboot of the series, where the character reverted to his original name, Manta. Beyond this single character, his involvement in Shaman King was extensive, as he also voiced multiple other roles in the series, including Hang Zang-Ching and Boris Tepes Dracula III.

His career features several other prominent and recurring roles in major anime franchises. He is known for voicing the character Drew in the Pokémon anime series, specifically during the Advanced Generation seasons. He also provided the voice for the character Big the Cat in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, most notably in the anime series Sonic X and various video games. In the One Piece anime, as part of the 4Kids Entertainment dub, he voiced the characters Jango and Onion. Wyman has a long-standing history with the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, taking on multiple roles across its various series. He is particularly recognized for voicing Aster Phoenix in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and its sequel, Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, in addition to roles like Zigfried von Schroeder in the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series.

Throughout his career, Wyman has been a part of a consistent circle of voice actors who frequently worked together on English dubs produced for clients like 4Kids Entertainment. His frequent collaborators included Veronica Taylor, Dan Green, Rachael Lillis, Lisa Ortiz, and Eric Stuart, among others, with whom he worked on numerous series such as Shaman King, Pokémon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and One Piece.

In addition to his extensive work in animation and anime, Wyman has built a highly distinguished career as an audiobook narrator, having narrated over 150 to 350 titles. This facet of his career has earned him significant critical acclaim and numerous prestigious awards. His achievements include winning multiple Audie Awards from the Audio Publishers Association, receiving numerous Earphone Awards from AudioFile Magazine, and being honored with Listen Up Awards from Publishers Weekly. His voice work also extends beyond anime to include American animated series, such as his role as Professor Honeycutt, also known as the Fugitoid, in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
