Erika Ishii is an American voice actor and performer with extensive credits in animation, video games, and live-action productions. Born on March 7, 1987, in Los Angeles, California, Ishii began their career in entertainment at a young age with a guest appearance on the television series Full House. They are of mixed Japanese, Chinese, and Indian ancestry and openly identify as queer and genderfluid.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Ishii has contributed to several notable English dubs. They voice the character Redseb Munzer Asakura in the 2021 version of the series Shaman King. In the Sailor Moon franchise, Ishii provides the voice for JunJun, also known as Sailor Juno, in the Viz Media dub of the films Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal and its sequel Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos. Their work in the mecha genre includes the role of Michelle Luio in the film Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative.
