Junko Ohtsubo is a Japanese female voice actor born on March 10 in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management agency Office 801. Her career was active during the early to mid-1990s, with her credited roles appearing in anime productions from that period.

Ohtsubo is known for several voice roles in anime series and original video animations. In the 1992 television anime Super Zugan, she provided the voice for the character Akina Hayami. That same year, she was also part of the cast for the television series Cooking Papa. In 1993, she voiced the character Mont Blanc in the fantasy comedy OVA Girl from Phantasia. One of her more prominent roles came in 1994 when she joined the cast of the television series Lil' Red Riding Hood Cha-Cha. In this series, she voiced the character Dorothy, also known as Elizabeth.
