Tomoya Takagi is a former Japanese voice actor from Gunma Prefecture, born on July 22, 1993. He began his career in the entertainment industry in the late 2010s, gaining attention for his performances in both anime and video game productions. He was formerly affiliated with the agency m&i.

Takagi is perhaps best known for his role as Itsuhito Sakaki, the cheerful and scheming friend of the protagonist, in the popular comedy anime series Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!, appearing in both its first and second seasons. Another significant anime role was as Caerick, the elven merchant and grandson of the main character, in the fantasy series In the Land of Leadale. His other anime credits included roles in series such as Bungo and Alchemist and This Healer's a Handful.

Beyond anime, Takagi contributed his voice to various video games, including Teria Saga, Caligula Overdose, and Clanpool. His work also extended to drama CDs, such as in the Fabulous Night series, and audiobooks like the adaptation of Kagami no Kojou. Demonstrating his versatility as a performer, he also took part in stage productions.

On December 31, 2023, Takagi announced his retirement from voice acting. Following his retirement, he returned to his musical roots and began pursuing a career as an independent online singer under the name Shamuon.
