Trudy Libosan is a Dutch actress and voice actress, born in Amsterdam on August 9, 1940, who is also known professionally as Trudy de Kat. Her career is distinguished by a long-standing association with the Dutch radio drama core and extensive work dubbing animated films and television series, where she became particularly recognized for her specialization in voicing children, often young boys.

Libosan's voice can be heard in Dutch dubs of numerous international animated productions from the 1960s through the 1990s. One of her early and notable roles was providing the voice of Bam in the 1971 series De vrolijke piraten van Schateiland, the Dutch version of the anime Animal Treasure Island. She voiced the character Tommie in the beloved series Pippi Langkous and also took on the role of Ingrid Settergren, the mother of Tommie and Annika. In 1983, she voiced the character Tom Poes in the Dutch animated film Als je begrijpt wat ik bedoel, also known as Olivier et le Dragon vert. Another significant role was as the title character Nils Holgersson in the Dutch version of the anime series Nils Holgersson.

Beyond these, her extensive voice filmography includes a wide array of characters across different series and films. She was the voice of Tante Sidonia in the Suske en Wiske puppet series and films in the mid-1970s. She contributed voices to the Dutch versions of The Rescuers as Bianca, Candy Candy as Annie and Eliza, the smurf Vrouwe Pinbaard in De fluit met zes Smurfen, Lillibit in Belfy en Lillibit, Bobby in Dommel, Carlotta in The Little Mermaid, and Rusty in Buttons & Rusty. In the long-running Dutch television series De Fabeltjeskrant, she was the voice of Lamaar Snoespoes. Her work also spanned series like De Bereboot, where she voiced characters such as Maatje, Tante Neel, and Alida de Zeeslang, and De Woefs en de Lamaars. In 1978, she played the role of Pietertje in the series Er was eens... de mens.

In addition to her on-screen voice work, Trudy Libosan had an extensive career in radio dramas, known as hoorspelen. Her roles in this medium include Astra in Op zoek naar de aarde and the landlady in Een huis voor de doden. She also served as the narrator for several audio series, including Lekturama's Luister Sprookjes en Vertellingen and two volumes of Sprookjes van de Efteling. Her contributions to Dutch-language adaptations of international stories, particularly in voicing lead child characters, mark her as a significant figure in the history of dubbing in the Netherlands.
