Jerry DeCapua is an American voice actor born in January 1956 in the United States. He is known for his work in animation and video games, providing voices for a variety of characters across different franchises.

One of his notable and most prolific roles is providing the English voice of Gas Skunk in the animated series Transformers: Robots in Disguise, which aired from 2000 to 2001. Gas Skunk is a Predacon and a member of a bumbling trio of villains, often serving as the group's resident inventor and strategist, despite his tendency to misuse sophisticated language. DeCapua voiced the character for all thirty-nine episodes of the series. The cast also included other notable voice actors such as Steve Blum and Neil Kaplan.

In addition to his television work, DeCapua has an extensive portfolio in video game voice acting. He voiced multiple characters in the 2005 cult classic game Psychonauts, including Edgar Teglee and a Third Peasant. He also contributed his voice to the Cars video game franchise, appearing in the original 2006 game as Vince and a 70s Sedan, a role he reprised in subsequent installments like Cars Mater-National Championship and Cars Race-O-Rama. His other video game credits include providing voices for the game Red Faction II.
