Pasquale Anselmo is an esteemed Italian actor and voice actor, born in Cosenza, Italy, on 14 April 1958. He is widely recognized as the primary Italian dubbing voice for actor Nicolas Cage and has lent his voice to numerous other prominent Hollywood actors in the Italian versions of their films. His career began after he attended the prestigious Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Arts, and he has been active in the entertainment industry since 1980, working across stage, film, and television.

Anselmo's voice work in anime and animated series is extensive. As noted, he provided the Italian voice for the character Hunter in the fourth Pokémon film, Pokémon 4Ever. His other notable anime roles include Dr. Tenma in the film Astro Boy, Lord Sorbet in Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F, Neiteluo in the 1999 Hunter X Hunter television series, Ray Dark in Inazuma Eleven, and Amon in The Legend of Korra. He also voiced characters in the Italian dubs of classic series such as Dragon Ball Z, Naruto Shippūden, and Mobile Suit Gundam.
