Mario Arpal was a Spanish voice actor known for his work in the dubbing of anime series and films for the Spanish market. His career was primarily active during the 1990s and 2000s, contributing voices to numerous projects distributed in Spain. One of his credited roles is Tinzin in the OAV series 3x3 Eyes Seima Densetsu, specifically for the second episode in the dubbing produced by Manga Films for the 2008 DVD release. This role was recorded at the QT Lever studio in Barcelona.

Arpal's filmography is extensive and largely consists of secondary characters, ensemble casts, and additional voices in a wide variety of anime OAVs, films, and television series. He was involved in dubs for many notable titles, often for dubs produced by Manga Films. His credits include roles in Ghost in the Shell, where he voiced the Coroner, a Criminal, and a Foreign Minister. He also contributed to the Spanish dubs of Neon Genesis Evangelion, Ninja Scroll as Yamidoro, and Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie as Balrog. Other significant titles in his career include Armitage III as Lowell Gantz, Spriggan as Fattman, and Patlabor 2: The Movie as Sakuma.

His work spanned a broad range of genres, with appearances in productions such as Appleseed, Dominion Tank Police, Escaflowne: The Movie, Tokyo Godfathers, and Oh My Goddess as Toraichi Tamiya. He also had roles in various OAV series, including Bubblegum Crisis, You're Under Arrest, and New Dominion Tank Police, among many others. Mario Arpal passed away on August 2, 2008.
