Debra Jean Rogers, also known professionally by the aliases Debbie Derosa and Debbie Rogers, is an American voice actress recognized for her extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series, OVAs, and video games, particularly during the 1990s and 2000s. Born on March 28, 1962, she was active in an era when many anime titles were being localized for Western audiences.
