Diana Kaarina is a Canadian voice actress based in Vancouver, British Columbia, recognized for her extensive work in animation and video games since the early 2010s. Born on March 17, 1975, in Vancouver and raised in Richmond, she began her performance career in musical theatre, getting her start with Theatre Under the Stars in Stanley Park. Her stage credits include performances in Canadian and Broadway productions of notable musicals such as Anne of Green Gables – The Musical, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, and Rent.

Kaarina's career in voice acting became prominent in 2010 when she was cast as the voice of Barbie in the direct-to-video film Barbie: A Fashion Fairytale. She succeeded fellow Canadian voice actress Kelly Sheridan in the role and provided the voice for the iconic character in several subsequent films, including Barbie: A Fairy Secret, Barbie: A Perfect Christmas, and as the character Blair Willows in Barbie: Princess Charm School, a role she held until Sheridan resumed the part in 2012.

Her voice acting portfolio spans a wide range of animated series and films. In 2012, she voiced Kelly Hamdon in the series SheZow. She joined the My Little Pony franchise in 2014, providing the voice of Aria Blaze, one of the antagonists known as the Dazzlings, in the animated film My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Rainbow Rocks. She later reprised this role in the special My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Sunset's Backstage Pass. Her contributions to the franchise also include voicing numerous other characters across My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, My Little Pony: Pony Life, and the 2021 film My Little Pony: A New Generation.

Kaarina has demonstrated a recurring presence in the works of specific animation studios, leading to roles in multiple series. She has voiced numerous characters across various iterations of the Littlest Pet Shop franchise, including the main roles of Roxie McTerrier and Petula Woolwright in Littlest Pet Shop: A World of Our Own in 2018. She has also been a frequent voice in the Strawberry Shortcake series, originally voicing Sour Grapes in Strawberry Shortcake's Berry Bitty Adventures and later voicing Blueberry Muffin in Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City.

She voices the character Maam in the English dub of the 2020 anime series Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. This role extends to related video game adaptations; she also voices Maam in the 2023 action role-playing game Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai, where the character can be played in both her Warrior Priest and Martial Artist forms. Her other video game work includes voicing Medli in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
