Tomoko Shiota is a Japanese voice actor, or seiyū, born on October 26, 1961, in Fukuoka, Japan. Her career encompasses a wide range of roles in anime series, animated films, and video games, demonstrating her versatility across different genres and character types.

Shiota has been involved in several notable anime productions. She voiced the role of Kate in the 2022 cyberpunk action series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. In the 2020 adaptation of the classic adventure franchise Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, she provided the voice for the character Nabara, who is the grandmother of the fortune-teller Merle. Another significant role was as Kanae Murota in the 2020 Netflix original anime series Japan Sinks: 2020, directed by Masaaki Yuasa at Science SARU.
