Wendee Swan is an American voice actress and director, widely known by her primary professional name, Wendee Lee. She has also been credited under the names Wendee Day and Elyse Floyd throughout her extensive career in the anime industry. Her first anime voice role was in the 1980s Harmony Gold production of Robotech, where she voiced Vanessa Leeds. In the early 1990s, she provided the voice for the title character in the OVA series Fight! Iczer-One, a role for which she was credited as Wendee Swan.

Her career expanded significantly through work with Streamline Pictures on various productions, including providing the voice for Bulma in the Harmony Gold dub of Dragon Ball. Over the decades, she has become one of the most prolific English voice actors in anime, accumulating hundreds of credits. Some of her most iconic and widely recognized roles include Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop, Haruhi Suzumiya in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Konata Izumi in Lucky Star. She also voiced Takeru T.K. Takaishi in Digimon Adventure, Yoruichi Shihōin in Bleach, and Umi Ryuuzaki in Magic Knight Rayearth.

Beyond voice acting, Lee has frequently taken on crew roles, working as an ADR voice director and script writer on numerous series. Her directorial credits include long-running shows such as Bleach, Love Hina, and Outlaw Star. Her work spans several decades, with ongoing roles in modern series like Dragon Ball Super, where she voices Bulma in the Bang Zoom! dub, and Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, reprising her role as Yoruichi Shihōin.
