Jack Fletcher is an American voice actor, voice director, casting director, and writer with a career spanning from 1986 to the present. He is known for his extensive work in English dubs of anime and video game localization, as well as his contributions to Western animation and theater.

As a voice actor, Fletcher has performed in numerous anime titles. A notable example is his role as Onigawara and Skamugu in the English adaptation of the original video animation New Hurricane Polymar, released in 1998. His other anime voice acting credits include Garik in Final Fantasy X-2, Sandro in The Animatrix segment Matriculated, Grove in Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, Anden Yamidoro in Ninja Scroll: The Series, and various roles in the Tenchi Muyo! franchise, such as D3 and Kamidake. He has also contributed additional voices to films like Princess Mononoke and the video game Valkyria Chronicles.

Beyond his on-screen roles, Fletcher is highly regarded for his behind-the-scenes work. He has served as the English voice director for the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series since 2010, starting with Sonic Free Riders. His directing and casting credits are extensive and include many high-profile projects. He worked on the English dubs of several Studio Ghibli films, such as Kiki's Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, and Princess Mononoke, prior to John Lasseter taking over those duties. Other notable voice direction credits span a wide range of video games and animated series, including multiple titles in the Final Fantasy series (Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XII, Final Fantasy XIII), films like The Animatrix and Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, and television series such as Spawn: The Animated Series and Sonic Boom. His work also extends to theater; he spent several years teaching and directing at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.
