Her career spans stage, film, and voice work, and she is also a singer-songwriter who performs under the name Laughing Seabird.

Mauge is highly active in voice acting, providing the French voices for numerous international stars. She is the regular French dubbing voice for actresses such as Sienna Miller, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Mischa Barton, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Selma Blair. One of her most iconic and long-running roles is that of Dr. Meredith Grey, originally played by Ellen Pompeo, in the television series Grey's Anatomy. She is also known for being the French voice of Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique in the X-Men film series beginning with X-Men: First Class.
