David Jones, also known as David Frank Jones, is an American voice actor known for his work in the English dubs of various anime series and films, primarily during the late 1990s and 2000s. His career is closely associated with productions handled by ADV Films, a Houston-based company that was a major distributor of anime in North America at the time.

Jones's voice can be heard in a wide range of roles, often lending his talents to authoritative figures, antagonists, and narrators. He is credited as the narrator for the English adaptations of Tekken: The Motion Picture and the Devilman Lady TV series. He also provided the voice for Gargoyle, the primary antagonist, in both the Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water television series and its subsequent motion picture. Other notable roles include Lloyd and Zack in Zone of the Enders and its prequel Idolo, Haruo Ohtaki in Getbackers, Mr. Big in Lost Universe, and Damian in Variable Geo.

His film credits include roles in the English versions of Rurouni Kenshin: The Motion Picture, where he voiced the Ambassador, and City Hunter: Million Dollar Conspiracy, where he played Dick. Jones was also involved in the fantasy OVA Ninja Resurrection, voicing Botaru Tamiya and a captain in the village. He portrayed Dr. Kitmer in Steam Detectives and Noskov in Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor.

Jones was part of the English voice cast for both the Legend of Crystania motion picture and its sequel OVA series, Legend of Crystania: The Chaos Ring, in which he voiced the character Obier. Another of his credited roles is the Demon King in the magical girl anime Petite Princess Yucie.

Due to his consistent work with ADV Films on projects recorded in Texas, Jones frequently appeared alongside a recurring ensemble of voice actors from that region.
