Monika Bustamante is an American voice actor and playwright known for her work in English-language dubs of anime series produced by ADV Films in the early 2000s. Based in Austin, Texas, she built a career that spans both voice acting for animation and extensive work in theatre as a writer and performer.

Her most frequently cited voice role is Cocoloo, the Princess of the Spirit World, in the anime series Petite Princess Yucie. In this series, she was part of the principal English voice cast, which also included Rachel Rivera as Yucie and Kelley Hudson as Glenda. Beyond this role, her anime voice credits include Kisaragi in Happy Lesson and Kasumi in Sakura Wars, both dubs produced during the same era.
