Kumiko Hironaka is a Japanese voice actress born on July 30, 1954, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Her name is sometimes rendered in the alternate kana form 弘中くみ子.

Hironaka is known for her work in anime television series and original video animations from the 1980s through the 2000s. One of her notable roles from this period is Lucifer, a powerful psychic antagonist in the 1989 original video animation Angel Cop. In the 1990s, she provided voices for several anime series, including the role of Camilla in Romeo's Blue Skies (1995) and Mère Barberin in Remy, Nobody's Girl (1996). Her filmography also includes roles in D.Gray-man (2006) and Blue Drop (2007), among others.

In addition to her work in original Japanese animation, Hironaka participated in Japanese-language dubs of foreign films and television series. This aspect of her career includes providing additional voices for the Japanese dub of the Disney animated film Oliver & Company and voicing roles in dubbed versions of films such as The Pink Panther Strikes Again and Galaxy of Terror.
