Tomoki Yanagi, born on November 1, 1972, in Tokyo, is a Japanese voice actor also known by his stage name Naoki Yanagi. He began his career in the 1990s and has been affiliated with several talent agencies over the years, including Mausu Promotion and Pro-Fit, before eventually joining Artist Crew. In 2006, he also established his own production company, FreeMarch, demonstrating his involvement in the broader voice acting industry beyond performance.

Yanagi is recognized for a variety of roles in anime and video games, often portraying characters with a transparent and pure vocal quality. One of his earlier prominent roles was as Cacao in the 1999 comedy series Trouble Chocolate. He went on to secure leading parts in several notable series, such as Manabu Yuuki in The Galaxy Railways, Mythos in Princess Tutu, and Renji Hiiragi in Night Wizard The Animation.
