J.S. Gilbert is an American voice actor with an extensive career spanning over four decades, primarily known for his prolific work in video games, pinball machines, and other interactive media, rather than a wide range of anime roles. He is, however, recognized within the anime community for providing the English voice of a specific, major character.

In the anime adaptation of the popular series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, specifically the third part, Stardust Crusaders, Gilbert voices the character Muhammad Avdol. Avdol is an Egyptian fortune teller and a loyal ally to the protagonist, Jotaro Kujo, on their journey to defeat the villain Dio. He is a Stand user, commanding the fire-based Stand Magician's Red, and acts as a knowledgeable and serious member of the team. While the character's Japanese voice actor is Kiyoshi Kobayashi, Gilbert's performance is the English voice for the role.
