Romy Mendoza is the professional name of Romelia Mendoza González, a Mexican voice actress and voice director with a career spanning over four decades. She began her artistic training at the Andrés Soler Institute of Mexico's National Association of Actors from 1979 to 1982 and started working in dubbing in 1980. She is a prominent figure in Latin American Spanish dubbing, known for her versatility across animation, live-action series, and video games.

In the realm of anime, Mendoza has voiced a wide array of characters. She is recognized for the three roles specified: Flone Robinson in the series Swiss Family Robinson, Birdy in Birdy the Mighty, and Ingram in Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia. Her other significant anime credits include the sorceress Celcia Marie Claire in Those Who Hunt Elves and its sequel, multiple roles in the Pokémon franchise such as Andrea, Casey, Violet, and the Meridian sisters Lilian and Vivian, and the character Gaine in Shaman King.
