Joseba Etxebarria Uriarte was a Basque voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing. He was born in 1956 and passed away in 2025 at the age of 69 following a long illness.

Etxebarria Uriarte is most recognized for providing the Basque language voice of the protagonist Son Goku in the anime series Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. His portrayal of the character in these series is a significant part of his professional legacy. He later returned to the role of Goku's father, Bardock, for the film Dragon Ball Super: Broly. For the series Dragon Ball Kai, the role of Goku was taken over by voice actor Xebe Atencia. Beyond his work on the Dragon Ball franchise, he is also known for voicing the character Nappa in the Basque dub of Dragon Ball Z Kai.
