Rolando de Castro is a Mexican actor and director of dubbing, born on February 2, 1966. He began his career in dubbing in 1988 at Procineas S.C.L., also known as "La Cooperativa". He is the son of actor Rolando de Castro Sr., who also worked in theatre, film, television, and dubbing.

De Castro is known for his characteristic voice timbre, often portraying serious characters and villains. Among his most recognized anime roles are Ryuk in Death Note, for which he also served as dubbing director, and Super 17 in Dragon Ball GT. He also voiced Sartorius in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and provided the narration for the Latin American Spanish dub of Inazuma Eleven. His role as Ryuk extended to the 2017 live-action Death Note film as well. Other anime credits include David in Blood+, Dr. Z in Dinosaur King, and roles in series such as Flame of Recca, Neon Genesis Evangelion (as Kouzou Fuyutsuki in the 2007 renewal dub), and various installments of the Pokémon anime, including as Brandon and Cyrus.

In addition to his work in anime, de Castro has a extensive career dubbing live-action films and television series. Some of his most prominent roles in this field include Danny Tanner in the series Full House (Tres por tres), Professor Severus Snape in the second and fourth Harry Potter films, Tony Montana in the Mexican redub of Scarface (Cara cortada), and Robert Epps in the Transformers film series. His voice work also extends to the Predator franchise, where he voiced the character Detective Jerry Lambert in Predator 2.

Beyond acting, Rolando de Castro has also worked as a dubbing director. His directing credits include the Latin American Spanish dubs for the anime series Death Note and Inazuma Eleven.
