Jeannie Elias is a Canadian voice actress born on August 23, 1954, in Montreal, Quebec, with a career spanning from the late 1970s to the present. While her body of work is extensive in Western animation, her credits in Japanese anime are more specific. She is known for providing the English dub voice for the character Chloe, the shape-shifting hero known as Charade, in the 2017 anime series Marvel Future Avengers and its subsequent second season. This role places her within the Marvel anime universe produced by Madhouse. Additional anime voice roles in English adaptations include Koharu Utatane in the long-running series Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, Kitty in Ergo Proxy, and a role in Blood+.
