Kathleen McInerney, known professionally as Veronica Taylor, is an American voice actress recognized for her extensive work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime. Born Kathleen Charlotte McInerney, she pursued acting from a young age and studied at the Catholic University of America and Brandeis University to hone her craft. Her career in voice acting began in the mid-1990s, and she became a prominent figure in the industry through her association with 4Kids Entertainment and other production companies.

McInerney is perhaps best known for her iconic role as the voice of Ash Ketchum and his mother Delia in the English adaptation of the Pokémon anime, a part she played for the first eight seasons of the series. This role extended to numerous Pokémon films released during that period. Her other significant anime voice roles are varied and include Amelia Wil Tesla Seyruun from Slayers, Sailor Pluto in the Viz Media dubs of Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal, and Nico Robin in the 4Kids production of One Piece. She also provided the English voice for the character Kintoki in the anime film Kai Doh Maru.

Beyond her work in anime, McInerney has voiced characters in western animation, such as April O'Neil in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, and has lent her voice to numerous video game characters, including Cosmos in the Dissidia Final Fantasy series.
