Michael Tremain is a name used professionally by Michael Sinterniklaas, a French-born American voice actor, ADR director, and script writer. He was born Michael Tremain Sinterniklaas on August 13, 1972, in Nice, France, to Dutch parents. He moved to the United States at the age of ten and later graduated from the High School of Performing Arts in New York City. He is the founder and owner of NYAV Post, a bi-coastal recording studio with locations in New York City and Los Angeles that is involved in the dubbing of numerous anime titles and original animation projects.

Sinterniklaas has used the pseudonym Michael Tremain for select voice-over credits. Two notable examples of this are his roles in late 1990s and early 2000s anime dubs. He provided the voice for Yoshito Yoshimoto in the English adaptation of the Magic User's Club OVA series, produced by Media Blasters. He was also credited as Michael Tremain for the lead role of Hajime, also known as Ichi, in the 2002 anime prequel Ichi the Killer: Episode Zero, which was dubbed by Central Park Media. Other alias names he has used in credits include Martel Fraiser Tremain.

Beyond these specific credits, his career encompasses a wide range of prominent roles in animation.
