Shinei Ueki was a Japanese voice actor from Kyoto Prefecture, born on February 21. He was affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce from April 1, 2017. His hobbies and skills included playing tennis, basketball, and the guitar. Ueki retired from the voice acting industry on July 1, 2023.

Ueki began his career in 2015 with a minor role in the anime series Rainy Cocoa. For several years, he voiced numerous background and supporting characters in a wide range of anime television series. Some of these roles included a chat user in Smile Down the Runway, a student in REAL GIRL, and various characters in series such as The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar, Cells at Work!!, and A Certain Scientific Railgun T.

He gained wider recognition for his roles in two major anime adaptations. He voiced the character Don in both the first season of The Promised Neverland in 2019 and its second season in 2021. He was also the voice of Rui Kino, a processor in the Spearhead Squadron, in the 2021 anime series 86 and its second cour. Another of his roles during this period was a company employee in the 2018 web anime series Would You Like Some Coffee?.
