Nanaka Suwa is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on November 2, 1994, in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture. She was inspired to pursue a career in voice acting after watching the anime Hidamari Sketch and made her debut in the industry in 2013. She is currently affiliated with the talent agency Stay Luck, having previously been with Amuleto until March 2021.

Suwa is best known for her role as Kanan Matsuura in the popular multimedia franchise Love Live! Sunshine!!, which marked her first major role as a main character. As a member of the school idol group Aqours from the series, she performs both as a voice actress and singer, contributing to the group's music and live performances. She has reprised this role in subsequent related projects, including the anime film Love Live! Sunshine!! The School Idol Movie Over the Rainbow and the fantasy spinoff series Genjitsu no Yohane -Sunshine in the Mirror-.

Beyond the Love Live! franchise, Suwa has built a diverse portfolio of anime roles. She voices Yui in the series BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, So I'll Max Out My Defense. In Management of a Novice Alchemist, she plays the role of Kate Starven. Her film work includes the role of Risa Umino in the 2022 film Idol Bu Show. Additional television anime credits include Satsuki Nangu in Journal of the Mysterious Creatures and Jane Matilas in The Too-Perfect Saint: Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold to Another Kingdom. She has also lent her voice to characters in various video games, such as Epic Seven and Relayer.

In addition to her voice acting work, Suwa has pursued a solo music career. She made her solo debut in 2020 with the release of her mini-album So Sweet Dolce under the Nippon Columbia label, followed by another mini-album, Color Me Purple, later that same year.
