Joey Lotsko is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series and films. He has also been credited under the stage names Joseph Whimms and Joe Ochman. His career in voice acting dates back to at least 1989.

Lotsko has built a substantial filmography spanning several decades, with many of his roles occurring in the 1990s and 2000s. He has been a recurring presence in English dubs produced during that era, often appearing alongside a consistent group of fellow voice actors. Industry collaborators he has worked with on multiple projects include Steve Kramer, Doug Stone, Kirk Thornton, and Jamieson Price.
