In addition to performing, she is also active as a dialogue writer and dubbing director.

While Bartholomäus is widely recognized for providing the German voice for actresses such as Frances McDormand, her portfolio includes a significant body of work in anime and animated features. Throughout her career, Bartholomäus has established recurring collaborations with other voice actors and dubbing studios in Germany, though these are characteristic of the industry rather than formal partnerships. Her work is regularly documented in the Deutsche Synchronkartei, the primary database for German dubbing credits. Beyond performance, her achievements include directing German dubbing for a wide array of productions, from animated films like Fritzi: A Revolutionary Tale to television series, demonstrating her comprehensive expertise in the localization process.
