Katsuki Murase is a Japanese voice actor, narrator, and event producer from Tokyo, born on February 22. Before entering the entertainment industry, he worked as a hotel chef and as an illustrator at an advertising agency. His career in front of the microphone began with work as a narrator for commercials, movie trailers, and television spots. He made his debut in anime voice acting in 2006 when director Seiji Kishi invited him to provide the voice for the heroine's father and in-show commercials for the series Magikano.

Murase is known for several notable anime roles. He voiced the character Three in the Hamatora mixed-media project, which includes the television anime series Hamatora: The Animation and its sequel Re: Hamatora. He also provided the voice for Konrad de Maurbourg in the anime series Radiant. In the series Seto no Hanayome, he voiced the character Masa, a role that gained significant popularity. His other anime credits include roles in Assassination Classroom, Kengan Ashura, Inu x Boku SS, and The Demon Girl Next Door.
