Luiz Feier Motta is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, and narrator, born in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, on August 12, 1960. He began his career in theater in 1976 and transitioned to dubbing in 1981 when he was invited by colleagues to work at the renowned Herbert Richers studio in Rio de Janeiro. Over a career spanning more than four decades, he has become one of the most recognized voices in Brazilian dubbing, known for his deep and versatile vocal quality. In 2008, he returned to his hometown of Caxias do Sul, where he continues his dubbing work from a home studio, making him one of the first Brazilian voice actors to work remotely.

His filmography in anime is extensive and includes a variety of significant roles. He voices the character Torque in the French-Japanese anime series Radiant. In the franchise The Seven Deadly Sins, he provides the voice for Cusack in the seasons titled Imperial Wrath of The Gods and Dragon's Judgement. His work also includes the role of Melakera in the Re:ZERO - Starting Life in Another World OVA, The Frozen Bond. One of his earlier roles in the genre is Jack Oliver in the classic anime film Space Warrior Baldios. Other notable anime credits include the villainous Zephyr in One Piece Film Z, Giovanni in the first Pokémon movies, Lawrence III in Pokémon 2000, and the younger Toguro brother in Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files.
