Suzune Okabe is a Japanese male voice actor and sound director born on November 4, 1984, in Chiba Prefecture. He began his voice acting career in 2005 and was formerly affiliated with the talent agency OgiPro THE NEXT. Since December 2020, he has worked as a freelance artist, expanding his professional activities to include sound direction and stage performance direction.

Okabe's career is marked by extensive work in anime, where he has portrayed a wide array of supporting and guest characters. He is known for his versatility, taking on roles ranging from students and teachers to妖怪 (yōkai) and other distinctive figures. One of his notable international roles is Ryokushi in the web anime Pokémon Generations. He has had a long-standing association with the Natsume's Book of Friends series, voicing numerous minor characters across multiple seasons, including the Sarumen from the Eastern forest in the fourth season and various妖怪, students, and exorcists in subsequent installments. In the sports anime DAYS, he played the role of Naoki Shiratori. Other significant anime credits include the Vongola II in家庭教師HITMAN REBORN!, Bolger in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's,宫本勝 in Kamisama Minarai: Himitsu no Cocotama, and域画毒 in the Japanese dub of the Chinese series The Outcast.
