Just Meijer is a Dutch actor and voice actor, born in Geldrop in 1956. He began his career in theatre and musicals before transitioning to screen and voice work in the 1990s. His voice acting career was active from approximately 1995 until his retirement in 2018.

Meijer is known for his extensive work dubbing animated series and films into Dutch. He performed the voice of the villain Giovanni, the boss of Team Rocket, in the Pokémon anime across several seasons, including the first season and later returning for seasons 6, 7, and 14. He also voiced other characters in the franchise, including the male Pokédex, Dexter. In the Bakugan franchise, he voiced King Zenoheld, the main antagonist of the second season, Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia.

Beyond these roles, Meijer's voice became familiar to Dutch audiences through a wide variety of characters. He was the voice of Patrick Star in SpongeBob SquarePants from. Eggman in Sonic X. He voiced several characters in the Marvel animated universe, including Green Goblin in Ultimate Spider-Man, Loki in multiple series, and Dracula in Avengers Assemble and Ultimate Spider-Man. Other notable credits include Cat in CatDog, the Grand Inquisitor in Star Wars Rebels, Ray Dark in Inazuma Eleven, and Panieksmurf (Panic Smurf) in The Smurfs films. His work also extended to live-action dubbing, such as the character Griffin in the series Big Time Rush.

Meijer's career demonstrates recurring collaborations within the Dutch dubbing industry. He worked alongside actors such as Huub Dikstaal and Fred Meijer, with many of his roles being taken over by Dikstaal after his retirement. In addition to character voices, he served as the continuity announcer for the Dutch version of Cartoon Network from 2012 until December 2016. His final voice role was in the 2017 film Bigfoot Junior.
