Masaki Ōta is a Japanese actor and voice actor affiliated with the agency Amuse, known for his work in both stage productions and anime. He was born on October 25, 1994, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Before gaining recognition as a voice actor, Ōta was primarily known for his career as a stage actor.

His most prominent voice acting role to date is Itsuki Katagiri in the multimedia project Dream Festival! (Dorifesu!), which began in 2016. The project, which started as a smartphone game and was adapted into an anime series, featured Ōta as one of the main cast members. As part of this role, he performed character songs for the franchise, including the insert song "STARTING TOGETHER" alongside fellow cast member Kaoru Masaki. In addition to his voice work, he participated in live events and concerts related to the Dream Festival! project alongside his co-stars. His involvement in the series also extended to theme song performances for the various Dream Festival! anime adaptations released between 2016 and 2018. Beyond this franchise, his other television credits include the series Working Buddies!.
