Naoki Mizutani is a Japanese voice actor born on February 26, 1985, in Mie Prefecture, Japan. He began his career in 2008 after graduating from the A&G Academy. His agency affiliations have included Mausu Promotion until March 2012, after which he joined Wonder Space in October 2014.

Mizutani is best known for his long-running role as Kouki Furihata in the Kuroko's Basketball franchise. He first voiced the character in the 2012 anime television series and continued the role throughout its second and third seasons, as well as in the 2017 film Gekijōban Kuroko no Basuke Last Game. He also lent his voice to the character in multiple video game adaptations of the series.

Beyond this signature role, Mizutani has built a portfolio of supporting parts in various anime. His early credits from 2010 include roles in HeartCatch PreCure! as Tatsuya Otsuka and Yosuga no Sora as a male student. In 2012, he appeared in Guilty Crown and also had a role in the anime LBX, known as Danball Senki W. His other anime credits include a minor role in Sasami-san@Ganbaranai in 2013.

His work extends to video games, where in addition to the Kuroko's Basketball titles, he has contributed to games such as Way of the Samurai 4 and Macross Triangle Frontier. Mizutani has also been active in other areas of voice performance, including dubbing for foreign series and participating in drama CDs. His dubbing credits include the Korean version of Dragon Zakura and the audiobook for The Cooks of the Battlefield. He has also explored radio, launching his own independent program titled Three on OO! in 2012.
