Toshinobu Iida is a Japanese voice actor born on October 24, 1977, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Troubadour Musical Office. A graduate of the voice actor department at the Amusement Media Academy, Iida launched his career in the late 1990s and early 2000s, with one of his earliest roles being in the 2000 series Mugen King Tri-Zenon.

Iida is widely recognized for his role as Mukuro Rokudo in the long-running anime series Katekyo Hitman Reborn!.
