Natsumi Sasaki is a Japanese actress and voice actor born on March 30, 1944, in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. Her real name is Katsue Sasaki. She is affiliated with several blood type B. Throughout her career, she has been associated with various talent management firms, including Chameleon House, the theatre group Gekidan Shudan Burstman, Mr. Slim Company, and Arts Vision.

Sasaki's career in voice acting spans from the early 1980s to the late 1990s, with a diverse range of roles in television anime, original video animations (OVAs), and films. One of her earliest roles was a minor part in the 1983 television anime series Genesis Climber Mospeada.

She is known for her work in the seminal OVA series Cream Lemon, where she provided voices for multiple characters. In this series, she played the role of Midori Omori and also voiced Satomi Kudo. Her role as Satomi Kudo extended to the film Tabidachi - Ami Shusho. Other significant OVA appearances include roles in Battle Royal High School as The Fairy, and in Yotoden as an old woman.

In television anime, her credits include a regular role as Izuse Shishio in High School! Kimengumi. She also provided dialect instruction and voiced Kurita Akira in Musashi no Ken. She was part of the cast for The Vision of Escaflowne, voicing Hitomi's mother. Her other television roles include appearances in Patlabor: The Mobile Police, Hime-chan's Ribbon, and Hareluya II Boy. She also voiced Susie in the 1992 version of the anime Calimero.

Sasaki also contributed to several notable anime films and projects. She had a role in the 1992 live-action/anime hybrid film Talking Head, directed by Mamoru Oshii, where she is credited as Chie Sasaki. Her filmography also includes a small role in the classic film The Super Dimension Fortress Macross: Do You Remember Love?.
