Haruka Nagamune is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with the talent agency Haikyo. She was born in Toyama Prefecture on February 24, 1989. Her training included time at the Tokyo Announcement Gakuin in 2009, the Literary Arts attached theatre institute in 2011, and she joined Haikyo in 2012.

Nagamune is known for her role as Ren in the Wooser's Hand-to-Mouth Life anime series, appearing in the original 2012 season, the 2014 season Wooser's Hand-to-Mouth Life: Awakening Arc, and the 2015 season Wooser's Hand-to-Mouth Life: Dream Arc. Her other anime roles include Kicchan in Tanaka-kun is Always Listless, Tiana in Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte, and Black Sakura in the Kingdom series. She has also provided voices for characters in anime such as Chrome Cro, Peach Boy Riverside, and the Japanese dub of Lego Nexo Knights.

In addition to anime, her work spans several other fields. She has voiced characters in video games, including Black Sakura in Kingdom Ran, Kureha in White Cat Project, and Yokoyama Yako in Blade Strangers. Her narration work includes programs like Daigo Mi! TV and voiceovers for television programs such as Himitsu no Kenmin Show. She is also active in dubbing foreign series and films, with credits including Doctor Who and Magnum P.I., and has performed in stage productions.

Nagamune holds a variety of licenses and qualifications, including a medium-sized vehicle license, a large motorcycle license, a special small vessel license, and is a qualified nutritionist.
