Miki Takahashi is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on September 19, 1961, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the agency SplashDream. Her career began in 1983 with her debut role as Ceila Lapana in the anime series Aura Battler Dunbine. Following her debut, she became a familiar voice in the 1980s, taking on lead roles such as Yui Kawa in Highschool! Kimengumi and Ayumi Ichigaya in Gu-Gu Ganmo.
After a brief hiatus starting in 1987, Takahashi returned to voice acting in 1993. A significant part of her post-return career has been her long-standing association with the Shimajirō children's franchise. She voices the characters Mimirin Midorihara and Hana-chan (Hana Shimano) in the series Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirō and its subsequent television programs and theatrical films.
